1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹2,500.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Quite Dwelling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Quite Dwelling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and items.
6. Partial Shipments
If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, we may ship available items first and the remaining items separately when they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.
