Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders, items marked as final sale, and gift cards cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@quitedwelling.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the item to the address we provide.

3. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, then reach out to us.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you would like in exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
